Virgin Mojito

Until I had a mojito I thought people must be crazy to mix these different things together, but hot damn these things are good! They are refreshing and so simple. I use stevia in mine so that I do not have added sugar. Personally I have found the I love the orange flavored mineral water in all of my drinks the best, but that is really a personal preference. When I say flavored, I mean the ones that have some orange or lime oil/flavoring in them, not the ones that are sweetened with anything. These are so low in calories that you can drink them all day and not worry about it.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup loosely packed fresh mint

  • 1/2 Cup lime or lemon juice

  • 1/4 tsp stevia

  • 1 1/2 Cups orange or lime flavored mineral water (not the sweetened kind)

Steps

  1. Muddle the mint, if you do not have the tools to muddle then toss the mint and the juice in a blender and pulse a few times.

  2. Pour the mint and juice in a glass and stir is the stevia

  3. Fill with the mineral water.

That is it! So simple!
