These are so simple and make a great snack. They are an awesome balance of sweet, spicy and salty. They are great to set out in a bowl for company to munch on and they are great on top of salads. You can use this same recipe for any kind of nuts you would like.


Ingredients

  • Small dash of salt

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or butter

  • 1 1/2 cups shelled and raw pumpkin seeds

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/8 tsp cayenne

  • 1 tsp stevia

Steps

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

  2. Add in all the other ingredients

  3. Roast in a pan over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Stir often so the seeds do not burn on one side.
