 Raspberry Mojito's Popsicle's


During summer a mojito can really hit the spot. These popsicles have all the epic deliciousness of a mojito minus the rum and with some added raspberries. These are simple to make and a healthy option to keep on hand. You can switch out any fruit you would like instead of the raspberries.


  • 1/2 cup raspberries

  • 1/2 cup lime juice

  • 1 Tbsp liquid stevia

  • 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves

  • 1 cup water


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into popsicle tray and let sit for at least 3 hours.

  3. It's that simple!

Makes 8 Popsicles at 8 calories each.
