Pork and Cabbage Stir Fry

Stir fry is a delicious and fun way to get a ton of vegetables into one meal. Shredded cabbage makes a great noodle substitute in this recipe. You can use any meat you like in this and you can even just use left over meat if you have some in your fridge. If you do not have any meat already cooked and laying around then the recipe for a slow cooker pork loin is given below.

For the pork loin


  • 2 lb Pork Loin

  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 Tbsp onion powder

  • 2 Tbsp sesame oil

  • 1/2 Cup coconut aminos or tamari

  • 1 tsp chili powder


  1. Toss all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low overnight.

Stir Fry Ingredients

  • 6 oz of pork loin

  • 3 Carrots chopped fine or shredded

  • 2 Tbsp Sesame oil

  • 2 Tbsp Coconut oil

  • 1 Small onion cut in half and thinly sliced

  • 2 Cups cabbage shredded

  • 4 Cloves fresh garlic minced

  • 1'' Section of fresh ginger peeled and minced

  • 1/8 tsp salt

  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne

  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

  • 1/4 tsp Dry and ground mustard seed


  1. In a sauce pan heat up the sesame and coconut oil

  2. Add the onion and carrots and saute on medium high heat until onions start to brown

  3. Add the cabbage and all the spices and cook until soft, at least 5 minutes

  4. Add pork and cook until the pork is hot.

Makes 2 servings at 305 calories each
