Mini Bacon and Broccoli Frittata's

Most people are constantly busy. In fact many people do not even eat breakfast because they do not have the time. You will be helping your body in many different ways, including better energy throughout the day if you get some healthy protein in. You can stick these frittata's in the freezer and just keep a few in the fridge, that way they stay fresher a lot longer. If you are doing this as part of a candida diet make sure that you get bacon that is not cured with sugar. You can substitute any type of meat and vegetables you want in this recipe, you can also substitute beans for meat if you are a lacto-ovo-vegetarian.
