 Creamy Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles

Lemon and strawberry are flavors that remind me of summer, so I figured why not make these flavors into a healthy frozen treat. This recipe uses creamy yogurt to combine these wonderful flavors into an awesome treat to beat the summer heat. I use whole milk yogurt in this recipe, but if you would like a leaner version feel free to use a lighter yogurt. If you like one of these flavors and not the other, then feel free to double the recipe for just one flavor and leave the other one out. Or if you like something other than strawberries then feel free to substitute a different fruit.


  • 2 cups plain unsweetened yogurt

  • 1/2 cup no sugar added strawberry jam, or ½ cup mashed up ripe strawberries

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened lemon juice

  • 1 1/2 tsp liquid stevia


  1. In one bowl mix 1 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup strawberry jam, and 1/2 tsp stevia

  2. In another bowl mix 1 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup lemon juice and 1 tsp stevia

  3. Layer both lemon and strawberry yogurt into either a Popsicle tray or a ice cube trays.

  4. If the Popsicle tray did not come with Popsicle tops then use Popsicle sticks. If you are using a ice cube tray then you can just use toothpicks or Popsicle sticks cut in half.

  5. Put in the freezer for at least a few hours, overnight is best just to be sure they are frozen through.

Makes about 10 Popsicles at 54 calories each
