Creamy Pumpkin Smoothie

Here is a holiday pumpkin drink that you can feel good about drinking. You have yourself a smoothie that has all the goodness of naturally occurring probiotics and real pumpkin, not just pumpkin flavor. It's like having pumpkin pie for breakfast!


  • 1/2 Cup full fat Greek yogurt ( you can use low fat if you like)

  • 1 Cup canned pumpkin or fresh cooked pumpkin puree

  • 2 tsp cinnamon (less if you are not a big cinnamon fan)

  • 1/2 Cup water or milk of your choice (less if you like you smoothies really thick)

  • 1 Tbsp stevia


Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Top off with whipped cream if you want. It's that easy.

If made with water and full fat Greek yogurt there are 216 calories in this smoothie
