 Chicken Coconut Curry Salad Wrap

If you are craving some curry flavor, but also want something quick for lunch this can do the trick. This is also really good as something you can travel with, without having to heat it up. If you are going to make this to take with you for later then keep the lettuce separate until you are ready to eat it so that it does not get soggy.


  • 2 - 3 nice leaves of lettuce like green leaf or romaine

  • 1 - 5 oz can chicken or 5 oz fresh shredded chicken

  • 2 Tbsp Vegenasie

  • 1 Tbsp Curry paste

  • 4 drops steiva

  • 1/4 cup coconut

  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots

  • 1 Tbsp minced onion

  • 1 clove of garlic minced fine

  • Fresh basil (optional)


  1. Mix up all but the lettuce leaves and basil.

  2. Place mixture in the lettuce leaves and top with basil.

    That is it!
